We want you to feel comfortable ordering from us so we offer different ways to place your order!
Order online - our secure online ordering system is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week to take your order. You will get automatic confirmation that your order has been received. All payments are processed through PayPal, the world’s most trusted on-line payment option.
Some orders may take up to 6 weeks for completion and delivery so order early if you need your linens for a special occasion!
Custom Orders
If there is a specific theme/style of fabric you would prefer, but can’t find it in our on-line fabrics or styles, please don’t hesitate to contact us or use our Inquiry Form. We can make anything your heart desires. We’ve made a tablecloth featuring racehorses for a customer who raises thoroughbreds! Another client loved ruffles so we added a mountain of ruffles, someone else preferred ‘pink satin’ to match her wedding decor’!
That’s the beauty of having custom-made linens… anything goes!
Shipping & Handling
We ship from Toronto, Canada and your custom order will be created and shipped within 4-6 weeks after your order has been received.
Shipping rates charged are based on the size of the package and the shipping destination using Canada Post Expedited Parcel rates (Xpresspost USA for US orders). Shipping costs will be added to the total price as part of your on-line order.
If you would like to place an order for shipment outside Canada or the USA, please contact us directly or use our Inquiry Form.
Return/Exchange Policy
All sales are final since these are custom-made Linens made exactly to your table measurements. No refunds or exchanges.
Prices/Currency
The price of your Patio Table Linen order is calculated based on the selections you make during the ordering process. The price will include applicable sales taxes (see below). Once your shipping address information is entered, the shipping cost will be added to your order prior to payment.
All Patio Table Linens by Patricia prices are in Canadian dollars. For an idea of how they will translate to your currency, check out www.currencyconversion.com. Please note that this link is provided as a service only, your credit card company determines actual conversion rate at the time of sale.
Sales Tax
Patio Table Linens by Patricia is registered as a business in Ontario, Canada and as such charges 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) to all Ontario customers and 6% Goods and Services Tax (GST) to all Canadian customers. Customers in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and New Brunswick are charged 14% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). For non-Canadian customers there will be no sales taxes applied.
For international orders may be subject to duties and customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment Methods
Online orders are processed through PayPal. For custom orders should you contact us directly we will arrange for you to make payment to us directly through PayPal.
